Our charming holiday home is located in Roscanvel, an idyllic community on the Crozon peninsula in the far west of Brittany. With its beautiful bays and cliffs, kilometres of beaches and a spectacular coastal hiking trail, the peninsula is one of the most beautiful holiday areas in Brittany. Sheltered from the westerly winds, you can enjoy the pleasant summer climate here, but also winter holidays.

The furnishings of the house have been lovingly selected to offer you the highest level of comfort. The rooms in the house
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a large living and dining room with a séparée. Here there is a spacious dining table for meals, a cosy fireplace and a library with a rocking chair, literary classics and art books. From here you can also access the large terrace with sea view.
In the modern glass pavilion, you can meet for coffee or a game of cards, or simply enjoy the view of the sea and the tropical garden with a Breton cider.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need: Cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender and toaster. Of the five bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, three rooms have a view of the Rade of Brest, one overlooks the garden.

Rooms and sleeping arrangements
The holiday home is ideally suited for families or groups of friends travelling together. It offers five separate bedrooms with enough space for 8 people. Each of the bedrooms has been carefully designed to create a pleasant atmosphere. All bedrooms have modern, comfortable beds and offer guests a comfortable and restful night’s sleep.
Three of the bedrooms offer a picturesque sea view and two grant a view into the garden:
- 1 small room with 120 cm bed and sea view,
- 1 small room with 140 cm bed and garden view,
- 2 larger bedrooms, each with 160 cm double bed and sea view,
- 1 larger bedroom with 160 cm double bed overlooking the garden,
- 2 dog beds.

Kitchen and two bathrooms
The kitchen of the holiday home is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. An extensive range of appliances makes you independent and allows you to enjoy a self-sufficient holiday.
The kitchen equipment includes:
- Cooker, oven, microwave,
- refrigerator with separate freezer compartment,
- dishwasher,
- kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine,
- toaster, blender.
The holiday home has two bathrooms that offer guests a lot of comfort and privacy. There is both a shower and a bathtub, so you have a choice. There is a separate toilet on each floor.
The bathrooms are equipped:
• 2 bathrooms with washbasin, shower and tub,
• 2 separate WCs on the ground and first floor.

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, the holiday home has a number of other amenities.
Bed linen and towels are provided on site. You will also find a washing machine and a dryer in the holiday home. To keep you cosy in the colder months, the holiday home is equipped with electric heating. To organise your travel plans or just to surf the internet, free Wi-Fi is available.
For guests who bring bicycles or other sports equipment, there is a garage. Here you can store your bikes safely and securely. An electric bike is available on request and more electric bikes can be rented in the nearby village. If you would like to explore coastal hiking trail GR34, hiking poles are available.
For musical guests, there is a Yamaha piano with silent function. There is also a selection of games for entertaining hours with your fellow travellers.

The holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of many beaches where you can swim, fish or dive in the refreshing water. From here you can explore the coast in all its facets.
One advantage of the Crozon peninsula is that it is sheltered from westerly winds and offers a pleasant Mediterranean climate in summer and winter. This means that you can enjoy a pleasant breeze in summer. Due to the Gulf Stream, you also have a pleasant climate in winter. Nevertheless, there may be rain or winter storms from time to time. No matter what time of year you visit the holiday home, you will find a comfortable and pleasant climate. We welcome you for an unforgettable stay!
